Dustin Williams

Principal Partner

Dustin is a multidisciplinary designer + marketer focused on design for growth. He’s driven by a deep level of empathy for the businesses that he collaborates with and their customers, he has a passion for the quality of his craft, the drive for knowledge, improving his skills and persistent curiosity.Dustin specializes in user experience, user interface design, analytics, ecommerce, customer acquisition, growth & data-focused design. He also has a passion for the outdoors, mountain biking, gravel cycling, road cycling and collaborating with businesses in those spaces.

While at Acumen Brands, Dustin became an instrumental figure in growing Country Outfitter from a small-scale business to national prominence. In a matter of months, Country Outfitter’s Facebook fan base grew by 7 million. Dustin’s work in design, user experience, social media and online marketing catapulted a local brand to a nine-figure annual run rate and enabled the company to raise a $93 million round of venture capital. Most recently Dustin played a key role in setting up ALLIED CYCLE WORKS for success in the digital and direct to consumer spaces. Dustin was responsible for growing the early stages of the business by way of Marketing, Technology, Ecommerce, Customer Acquisition and Direct to Consumer Sales.As a consultant Dustin has also worked with Walmart, Microsoft, Honest Co, Speedsleev, TEAGUE, Oxford Industries and many others.

Jorge Engroba

Principal Partner

Jorge has a deep and rich experience level in the cycling and outdoor industry and has worked with over 30 bicycle companies. Most recently as National Sales Manager of ALLIED CYCLE WORKS, Jorge played a key role in launching the brand. Creating a channel where consumers and retailers would work together, calling it a healthy blend of both. As a consultant Jorge has also worked with Orbea USA, Louis Garneau, Hammer Nutrition, Marin Bikes, Hutchinson and many others.
